Hands together

About the partnership

EGPAF have used Avert’s information and tools in their work. This included using the Young Voices animations, specifically the ‘comic creator’ element to help young people with HIV to describe and overcome barriers relating to shame, stigma and discrimination.

EGPAF partnered with Avert on the grounds that the Avert website, Young Voices platform, and Boost application were precisely what EGPAF sought for meaningful and responsive engagement and partnership with young people to bring their voices and perspectives forward in a creative way; as well as, ensuring community cadres had relevant information at their fingertips to support patients in their communities via the Boost application.
