Deleting user accounts in the Boost native application
You can request for your account to be deleted by emailing us at boost@avert.org.
Please provide us with your full name and the phone number (including country code) that you registered with.
We will confirm your request by text message (SMS) to verify that you are the user. You must reply to this message to confirm account deletion.
Please allow 28 days for your user account to be deleted.
Anonymous usage data will remain on file, all personal information will be deleted.
